摘 要:通过分析蓖麻蚕丝的特点与研究现状,指出应通过开发具有高附加值的蓖麻茧丝绸产品来推进其健康发展。对14.6 tex 50/50蓖麻蚕丝/PTT混纺纱的原料性能、生产工艺及各工序的关键技术措施进行了探讨,采取了两种纤维分别成条然后进行混并的工艺路线,着重分析了细纱工序产生小辫子纱的原因,并在工艺设置、机件选择和设备操作等方面提出了改进措施。所开发的蓖麻蚕丝/PTT混纺纱质量良好,为机织、针织行业提供了开发抗皱丝绸产品的新型原料。Through analyzing the characteristics and current research situation of eri-silk,it is pointed out that the high value-added products of eri-silk should be developed to promote its healthy development. The material properties,production process and key technology of every process were discussed. The process route was that the eri-silk card sliver and the PTT card sliver were produced individually and then blended in drawing process. The form reason of braided yarn was mainly analyzed,and the measures were put forward for technical setting,parts choice and equipment operation. The eri-silk / PTT blended yarn with better quality was produced,which can provide new material for weaving and knitting industry to develop anti-wrinkle silk products.
