摘　　要：介绍了色敏器件的结构、制作工艺、工作原理、信号处理电路的发展以及利用信息处理技术和集成电路技术实现智能化颜色探测的应用前景。提出了通过改进材料。The progress of structure,fabricating technology,operating principle and signal handling for color sensors and developing trend of color detectors based on integrated technique were reviewed.Some methods to enhance blue and violet responsibility by improving material,technology and structure of the devices are presented as well.
