摘 要:分析了水平式双锥盘冲击粉碎机理 ,对锥盘内单个颗粒运动轨迹进行了分析 .颗粒在锥盘内沿螺旋线运动 ,并在两锥盘的几何交汇处相对撞击 .设计了双锥盘冲击粉碎机实验台架 .用石英砂、水泥熟料作了粉碎实验 ,实验结果表明 :该机与传统的冲击粉碎机相比 ,粒度更小 。In this article du al-cone comminuting mechanism is analyzed. The movement track of particle i nside the dual-cone disk impact mill is analyzed both in theory and experim ent. The analysis shows that materials move in the direction of three-dimen sion helical structure and are comminuted due to colliding with each other on th e plane faced with the two cones. A dual-cone disk impact mill has been des igned. Materials such as quartz sand, cement clinker are tested in grinding syst em equipped with the experimental mill. The results of experiments indicate that it is possible to use dual-cone disk impact mill in fine and ultra-fi ne comminution.
