摘 要:目的观察脂糖舒 (ZTS)对 2型糖尿病大鼠血浆葡萄糖 (Glu)、胰岛素 (Ins)和胰高血糖素 (Gln)含量的影响。方法采用小剂量链脲霉素 (3 0mg/Kg)腹腔注射辅以高热量饲料喂饲大鼠建立 2型糖尿病大鼠模型 ,分别用生理盐水、二甲双胍、格列齐特和两种不同剂量的脂糖舒灌胃 9周 ,并另取健康大鼠作正常对照 ,9周后测定各组大鼠血浆Glu、Ins和Gln含量 ,计算胰岛素抵抗指数 (IRI)和胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果二甲双胍、格列齐特和两种不同剂量的脂糖舒均显著降低模型大鼠的IRI及血浆的Glu、Ins和Gln含量 ,提高ISI。其中高剂量 (2 g/Kg)脂糖舒降低糖尿病模型大鼠IRI及血浆Glu和Ins含量和升高ISI的作用优于格列齐特 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1 ) ,而与二甲双胍相似 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,降Gln作用各给药组间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论脂糖舒能显著降低 2型糖尿病大鼠血浆Glu、Ins和Gln含量 。Objective To observe the effects of Zhi Tang Shu (ZTS) on the contents of Glucose (Glu)、Insulin (Ins) and Glucagon (Gln) in plasma of Rats with Type 2 Diabetes mellitus.Methods The diabetic rats model was established by using streptozotocin (30mg/Kg,i.p) and feeding high-caloric forages (20.08KJ/g).The diabetic rats were respectively treated (i.g) with normal saline (NS)、metformin hydrochloride tablets (MHT) and gliclazid tablets (GCT) and two different dose of ZTS for 9 weeks.And another healthy rats were set as normal control group.After 9 weeks,the contents of Glu,Ins and Gln in plasma were detected in all groups.Also the Insulin resistance index (IRI) and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) were calculated.Results ① MHT,GCT and two different dose of ZTS had obviously decreaced the IRI and the contents of Glu,Ins and Gln in plasma of rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus,while the ISI was increased.② these effects in group treated with hige dose of ZTS were better than those in GCT group (P<0.05~0.01),but similiar to MHT group (P>0.05).③ There were no significant difference about the effect of decreasing the Gln in all drug-groups.Conclusion ZTS has remarkable effect to decrease the contents of glucose,insulin and glucagon in plasma of rats with type 2 diabetes mellitus and improves the insulin resistance and insulin sensitivity in the diabetic rats.
