摘　　要：随着Internet的迅速发展,有效的拥塞控制机制是保证Internet稳定运行的最关键因素之一。计算机网络是一个复杂的大系统。该文从控制理论的角度,分析了计算机网络拥塞的机理,研究了运用现代控制理论方法解决计算机网络系统拥塞控制问题中的主要方法,指出了目前研究工作中存在的一些问题以及进一步研究的方向。With the rapid development of Internet, efficient congestion control mechanism is one of the key elements to the stability of Internet. The computer network is a complicated great system. From the point of view of control theory, the congestion control mechanism is analyzed and the main ways to solve the problems of computer network system congestion control using modern control theory are also studied. At last, the paper proposes some vital issues existing in present research work and the orientation for further study.
