不同药剂对解除荠菜种子休眠的作用

摘　　要：当年采收的荠菜新种子具有休眠特性,其休眠时间大约为3个月。采用几种药剂对荠菜种子进行处理,结果表明:用400mgL^(-1)的GA_3浸种24 h,对解除荠菜种子休眠具有良好的效果,效果其次的是用30％的H_2O_2处理20 min和1molL^(-1)的NaOH处理25 min,而用丙酮和pva(聚乙烯醇)处理没有作用。The seeds of shepherd's purse that were just harvested have the dormant characteristics and the rest period is about three months. Several chemicals were tested to break their dormancy. The result showed that the best way for breaking the dormancy is to soak their seeds in the solution with 400 mgL-1 GA3 for 24 hours. Then the better ways are to soak the seeds in the solution with 30% H2O2 for 20 minutes or with 1 molL-1 NaOH for 25 minutes. Acetone and poly vinyl alcohol have no effects.
