摘 要:目的 :探讨移居高原人群血流动力学的适应规律。方法 :采用XG— 2型循环功能测试仪对 2 0 92名移居高原不同梯度、不同时间人群其血液动力学 15项参数进行动态监测 ,测试结果行统计学处理分析。结果 :1 急进高原不同海拔梯度后 ,P、MSP、MAP、VPTI和TPR随海拔的升高而递增 ,SV、CO、SI、CI和BV随海拔的升高而递减 ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ;2 急进高原同一梯度不同时间内观察 ,P和VR随着移居时间延长而减少 ,MSP、MDP、MAP和SV随着时间延长而增高 ,PP不变 ,CO、SI、CI虽有增高 ,但无显著性差异 ;3 急进高原后不同年龄观察 ,MSP、MAP、VPTI、SV、CO和CI是随年龄的增高而增高 ,BV和TPR是随年龄的增高而递减 ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论To investigate the adatation urles of hemodynamics with population of migration to high altitude.Methods:Fifteen parameters of hemodynamics were measured by XG 2 type circulation tester for 2092 cases migration to high altitude population in different grades and different time in high altitude.The tesults were treated with statistics.Results:1.After rapid entry to high altitude in different grades,in population was observed that P?MSP?MAP?VPTI and TPR was increased along with the altitude increased,and that SV?CO?SI?CI and BV were decreased along with altiutude increase.The above all notable difference were siginificant( P <0 01);2 At different time of same grade after rapid entry to high altitude,it was observed's that P and VR were reduced along with the migration time prolonged,and that MSP?MDP?MAP and SV were increased along with migration time prolonged,and that CO?SI?CI were increased but without notable difference;3 MSP?MAP?VPTI?SV?CO and CI were increased along wiht age increased,BV and TPR were decreased along with age increased for different age groups population after rapid entry to high altitude.They all had marked statistical diffence( P <0 05).Conculation:Extreme cold and hypoxia environment could influence obviously the hemodynamics in population of rapid entry to high altitude.
