摘  要: 用浸渍法制备了载碱金属、碱土金属和稀土金属的Hβ分子筛固体强酸催化剂MxOy/Hβ,用XRD,IR和NH3—TPD等方法对它们进行了结构表征和酸性测定,并在相同条件下比较了它们对异丁烷-丁烯烷基化反应的催化性能.结果表明,催化剂的活性与负载金属的本性有很大关系,助催化性能增加的次序是Li<Ca<La<Tm,这种差异起因于它们对Hβ分子筛酸性的改性程度.对烷基化油的分析结果表明,目的产物C8的收率明显好于Hβ分子筛.Hβ molecular sieve strong solid acid loaded with alkali metal,aldali earth metal and rare earth metal (MxOy/Hβ)were prepared by impregnation.The structural characterization and acid site measurements were carried out by XRD,IR and NH3 -TPD.Catalytic behaviors were investigated under similar conditions.Catalytic activity of isobutene-butene alkylation is related to the nature of loaded metal.Cocatalyst activity is in the order of :Li<Ca<La<Tm.The differences in catalytic behaviors of alkylation among various solid acids were attributed to the different modified degrees.As shown in the analysis of alkylates,the yields of target products C8 on those solid acids are higher than that on Hβ.
