摘 要: 用浸渍法制备了载碱金属、碱土金属和稀土金属的Hβ分子筛固体强酸催化剂MxOy/Hβ,用XRD,IR和NH3—TPD等方法对它们进行了结构表征和酸性测定,并在相同条件下比较了它们对异丁烷-丁烯烷基化反应的催化性能.结果表明,催化剂的活性与负载金属的本性有很大关系,助催化性能增加的次序是Li<Ca<La<Tm,这种差异起因于它们对Hβ分子筛酸性的改性程度.对烷基化油的分析结果表明,目的产物C8的收率明显好于Hβ分子筛.Hβ molecular sieve strong solid acid loaded with alkali metal,aldali earth metal and rare earth metal (MxOy/Hβ)were prepared by impregnation.The structural characterization and acid site measurements were carried out by XRD,IR and NH3 -TPD.Catalytic behaviors were investigated under similar conditions.Catalytic activity of isobutene-butene alkylation is related to the nature of loaded metal.Cocatalyst activity is in the order of :Li<Ca<La<Tm.The differences in catalytic behaviors of alkylation among various solid acids were attributed to the different modified degrees.As shown in the analysis of alkylates,the yields of target products C8 on those solid acids are higher than that on Hβ.
