摘 要:目的:探讨建立昆明种小鼠Lewis肺癌模型的可行性。方法:将32只雌雄各半的昆明组小鼠随机分为空白组和模型组,将Lewis肺癌细胞悬液按0.2 m L(细胞含量1×107/m L)于模型组16只昆明种小鼠右腋皮下注射,观察其一般状况及成瘤率、肺癌形成率。结果:与空白组相比,模型组小鼠饮食量减少,体重增加缓慢,成瘤率及肺癌形成率均为68.75%。结论:使用Lewis肺癌细胞可以建立昆明种小鼠肺癌模型。Objective:To investigate the feasibility of establishment of Lewis lung cancer model in Kunming mice. Methods:32 Kunming mice,half male and half female,were randomly divided into blank group and model group,each with eight female and eight male. The Lewis lung cancer(LLC)cells suspension was injected into the right armpit of the model group by Subcutaneous with 0.2 m L(1×107/m L). General condition and the tumor generation rate were observed. Result:Compared with the blank group,the mice in model group intake decreased and weight increased slowly. The tumor generation rate and lung cancer generation are 68.75% and 68.75% respectively in model group. Conclusion:The Lewis lung cancer model can be successfully established in the Kunming mice.
