摘 要:目的:构建脾气虚慢性疲劳型亚健康状态大鼠模型,为寻找慢性疲劳综合征的发生机制和临床有效治疗药物提供研究基础。方法:采用饮食失调、疲劳过度、情绪失调复合因素的方法构建模型大鼠,并通过观察大鼠的一般状态及胃肠功能、神经免疫学变化进行评估。结果:大鼠体重开始下降,活动量明显减少,情绪由稳定变为易激惹,饮食逐渐减少,大便由正常变为稀溏,基本符合临床慢性疲劳的临床表现。造模后模型组大鼠D-木糖排泄率较正常组开始下降,大鼠血清胃动素(MTL)及血管活性肠肽(VIP)均出现先升高后降低的趋势,多巴胺(DA)和5-羟色胺(5-HT)出现先下降后升高的趋势。结论:胃肠功能出现紊乱,符合临床脾虚证候特征,神经免疫学变化可能是慢性疲劳的发生机制之一。Objective:To find pathogenesis of chronic fatigue syndrome and provide effective treatment through constructing spleen-deficiency type sub-health state of chronic fatigue rat model. Methods:The rat model was constructed by eating disorders,fatigue,mood disorders complex factors and evaluated through the general state,gastrointestinal function and immunological changes of the rats. Results:Performances of weight loss,decreased activity,eating less,irritable-emotion,loose stool,were in accordance with clinical manifestations of chronic fatigue syndrome. Compared with normal group,Dxylose excretory rate was decreased,the contents of MTL and VIP were first increased and then decreased,contents of DA and 5-HT were first decreased and then increased in model group. Conclusion:The performances of gastrointestinal dysfunction of rat model accord with the clinical features of chronic fatigue,and nerves immunology change may be one of the mechanism of chronic fatigue.
