痔血宁合剂治疗混合痔术后脱线期出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价痔血宁合剂治疗混合痔术后脱线期出血的疗效。方法:纳入混合痔外剥内扎术后3 d内有明显便血的95例患者,将其随机分为治疗组(n=47)和对照组(n=48)。术后第3天至第10天服药,治疗组患者口服痔血宁合剂,对照组患者口服痔宁片,所有患者术后每日均用痔疾洗液清洗创面,局部红油膏换药。评价两组的临床疗效,术后第4、6、8、10天比较两组患者的术后并发症症状发生情况。结果:1治疗后,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为94.6%和75.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。2术后第6、8、10天,治疗组患者的便血、大便困难情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);术后第6天,治疗组患者的发热情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痔血宁合剂可有效缓解混合痔术后脱线期出血患者的便血、大便困难等症状,减轻患者的术后并发症。Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of'Zhixuening Mixture'in treating postoperative hematochezia in period of ligation off for patients with mixed hemorrhoid. Methods: Ninety-five patients with mixed hemorrhoid who have obvious hematochezia after operation were randomly divided into treatment group( n = 47) and control group( n = 48). From the third day to the tenth day after operation,the patients in the treatment group were treated with'Zhixuening Mixture'and the patients in the control group were treated with'Zhining Tablet'orally,meanwhile all the patients were treated with'Zhiji Lotion'for wound washing and'Hongyou Ointment'for external use. The clinical effect was evaluated,and the symptoms of complication after operation were observed on the 4th,6th,8th and 10 th days after operation. Results: 1After treatment,the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 94. 6% and 75. 0% respectively and the curative effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group( P < 0. 01). 2 On the 6th,8th and 10 th days after operation,in the aspect of improving hematochezia and dyschezia,the effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group( P < 0. 05); on the 6th day after operation,in the aspect of improving fever,the effect of the treatment group was superior to the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: 'Zhixuening Mixture'can relieve the symptoms of hematochezia and dyschezia and alleviate the complication for patients with mixed hemorrhoid who have obvious hematochezia after operation in the period of ligation off.
