摘　　要：对中国鲟鱼养殖的发展历史进行了总结,介绍了鲟鱼的主要养殖种类及其生物学特性,以及养殖生产的格局和特点,并对当前存在的鲟鱼苗种来源、食用鱼养殖规格、水体利用以及引进种类质量等问题提出了建议。In this paper, research and culture history of sturgeon, and their variety and biology are presented. Several approaches of sturgeon culture are summarized, and scale and output of larvae, fingerlings and marketable fish are estimated. Some problems of sturgeon culture and proposals are proposed for the rapid development of sturgeon culture in China.
