不同蒸馏方式对茶树油主要成分含量及得油率的影响

摘　　要：采用水中蒸馏、复蒸、水上蒸馏、扩散蒸馏4种水蒸气蒸馏方式,对白千层小枝叶进行了得油率测定及主要成分含量的分析。实验结果显示,采用复蒸工艺的得油率最高达1.18%,其主要成分萜品 4 醇含量达42.11%。此研究结果为工业化生产提供了科学依据。Four steam distillation processes such as waterdipped,repeated,overwater and diffused distillation are compared for determining the yield of tea tree oil of small branches and leaves of Melaleuca,and for analyzing the content of major component.The results showed that the highest yield of tea tree oil is 1.18%,the content of the major component terpine4ol is 42.11%,when the repeated steam distillation was undergone.These may be useful to industrial production of the tea tree oil.
