摘  要:应用NC Ⅱ交配设计,研究分析了四川省1991和2001年优质蛋白玉米9个农艺性状的遗传参数。结果表明,自交系总体在大多数性状上仍保持丰富的遗传变异,有继续改良利用的潜力。一般配合力方差占遗传方差的比重大于55%的性状包括产量、穗行数、百粒重、穗粒重和株高;行粒数、每株穗数和抽丝期性状一般配合力方差占遗传方差的比重在30 03%~47 26%之间。值得注意的是,产量性状的加性方差有降低的趋势,遗传基础可能变窄。本文还结合国内外的研究和育种实践,讨论优质蛋白玉米育种存在的问题与对策。In 1991 and 2001,analysis of genetic parameter was carried out for 9 agronomic traits of quality protein maize(QPM) by using NCII design. The results indicated that the genetic variability of most traits was significant,and could be effectively utilized for QPM improvement.Of some traits such as yield,kernel rows,100kernel weight,grain wt./ear and plant height,the ratios of σ2gca to δ2g were more than 55?%.For the rest traits,the ratios of δ2gca to δ2g were about 3003?%-4726?%.Special attention should be paid to the decrease of additive variance for yield trait,because this trend was the most possibly accompanied by genetic base narrow.In this paper,several problems encountered with QPM development were discussed,and some solutions were given out on the basis of studies and breeding practices.
