摘　　要：随着中国银行业监督委员会的设立和其分支机构的陆续组建,金融监管问题再度成为政府、公众和学界讨论的热点问题。本文从金融监管与经济增长内在联系的角度分析了有效金融监管对于长期经济增长的重要意义。并在此基础上,提出了构建利于长期经济增长的有效监管框架的若干原则性建议。With the establishment of China Banking Regulatory Commission(CBRC)and it's branches,the finance regulatory is becoming hot issue dis-cussed by government,the public and academy.The article analyzes the importance of effective fi-nance regulatory to long -term economic growth from the angle of Inherent contact between finance regulatory and economic growth.On the base of above,the article promotes some principles on con-structing the framework of effective finance regula-tory which is beneficial to economic growth.
