超临界萃取的鹤草芽浸膏中鹤草酚成分研究

摘  要:对由超临界萃取和溶剂法萃取的浸膏中酚性物应用化学方法进行了性质检验、失重检验 ,利用紫外光谱进一步确定了酚性物中的鹤草酚含量 ,通过对比再次证明了超临界萃取不仅萃取率高 ,而且萃取物中有效成分含量也高。Property and loss of weight of agrimopholum constituents extracted from concrete of gemma agrimoninae by supercritical CO 2 and organic solvent method were examinated by the chemical analysis method. Agrimopholum content was quantified by UV spectra. The analysis of UV spectra showed that the supercritical fluid extraction method was not only more effective than organic solvents extraction method, but also content of active contituents was higher.
