摘　　要：基于我国保障性安居工程和谐良好发展的现实需要,从政府、市场和保障群体三方面对保障性安居工程影响因素进行详尽分析,并结合保障性安居工程建设现状构建影响因素评价指标体系;然后,运用层次分析法计算出指标体系中各因素的权重系数,并结合熵值法对评价指标权重进行综合调整,计算出各个影响因素的重要程度;最后,根据综合评价结果,提出符合我国国情的有利于保障性安居工程发展的相关对策与建议。According to the realistic needs of the harmonious development of low-income housing projects in China,the paper constructs the performance evaluation system about the low-income housing project. Firstly,starting from the present situation of the low-income housing construction,the evaluation index system w as established from the three influence factors of government,market and the protected groups. Secondly,the w eights of evaluation indexes w ere determined by using AHP and entropy method to calculate each influence factor importance. Finally,according to the results of evaluation,the paper puts forw ard the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of low-income housing projects in China.
