摘　　要：提出了物业服务业可持续发展的内涵;分析了物业服务业可持续发展的影响因素;构建了物业服务业可持续发展环境评价体系和物业服务质量与业主平均满意度评价体系;在所建立的体系基础上,运用AHP-模糊综合评价法对物业服务业可持续发展水平进行了评价,并通过实例分析,验证了所构建的评价体系的可行性和实用性。The article puts forw ard the concept of sustainable development of property services industry,analyzes the affecting factors of sustainable development of property services industry,and constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system of sustainable development of property services industry. Based on the evaluation index system of property services sustainable development,this paper evaluates the level of property services sustainable development by the method of AHP- fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and it also verifies the feasibility and practicability of sustainable development evaluation system in the property services industry by case analysis.
