摘　　要：针对学生党员教育培养工作面临的主要问题,分析了学生党员教育培养问题形成原因,阐述了创新学生党员教育培养模式应遵循的原则,重点研究探索了学生党员教育培养和管理的新模式,提出了实现教育培养的经常化和制度化、考察机制的长效化和规范化以及培养考察工作的责任化和目标化等基本途径。Aimed at the main problems in students party members' education work,this paper analyzes reasons that form the problems of students party education cultivation,illustrates the regulations that should be follow ed by innovating students party member cultivation mode. It gives its priority research on the new mode of students party member education cultivation and management,raises the fundamental approaches to realize the normalization and institutionalization of realizing education cultivation,long- term and standardization of investigation mechanism,and responsibility as well as targeting of cultivating investigation,etc.
