摘　　要：临沂滨河景区对河流水资源进行综合性开发,凭借数座橡胶坝和拦河闸拦蓄沂、祊河水,扩大了城市水面,改善了环境小气候,提高了河道防洪标准,通过湿地建设优化了水质。滨河景区对水资源的综合开发利用提高了城市品位,给居民创造一个"河在城边流,城在岸边长"的生活环境。The overall river water resources development is carried out in Linyi Riverside Scenic Spot. Holding back Yihe and Benghe River water by several rubber dams and river sluices can enlarge urban water area,improve microclimatic environment,and upgrade flood control standard of riverways. Water quality is optimized by wetland construction. The overall water resources development and utilization in riverside scenic spot improves the urban life grade,and creates a beautiful environment for resident,where the river water flows through the city,and the city develops at the bank of the river.
