国外DRGs的发展概述及我国中医临床应用浅析

摘　　要：在参阅大量文献的基础上,文章介绍了DRGs的相关概念、分类方式及内涵,阐述了主流国家DRGs的发展状况,测算机制及运用DRGs的现状,总结了DRGs在演变过程当中在控制成本、降低费用、提高服务方面的优势。并对中医临床如何有效凸显中医服务优势,提升医院提供中医服务的源动力,从而改变中医供给不足的现状,引导医生及患者合理使用中医服务提出了相应建议,以便促进有效利用卫生资源,并充分发挥其最大社会效益、提高医疗服务质量、规范医疗行为、控制不合理医疗费用的增长,为合理使用医疗资源起到了一定引导作用,同时也为共同的患者分类标准奠定了基础,从而达到更加公平地分配我国中医药卫生资源,引导医生及患者合理使用中医服务,提高公民健康水平的最终目的。Based on a large number of references,this article introduces the principle of DRGs,the method of separate groups and other related conception. It introduces the development situation,calculation method and the current situation of DRGs and summarizes the advantages of DRGs such as costs control,expense reduction,and service improvement. Put forward some suggestion to the clinical practice of Chinese medicine in order to highlight the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine services,enhance traditional Chinese medicine services in hospitals. In order to change the weak supply of traditional Chinese Medicine,guide doctors and patients to use the health resources efficiently,give full play to its maximum social benefits,improve the medical service quality,standardize the medical behavior,control unreasonable medical expenses. To lay the foundation for the common patient classification and use the resource effectively and achieve a more equitable distribution of Chinese medicine health resources in China,guide people to use the traditional Chinese medicine services reasonably,and the final goal is to improve the health level of citizens.
