摘  要:为了解决稠油热采注蒸气管道保温结构存在的问题 ,进行了大量的室内试验研究。测试了复合硅酸盐保温涂料、板材及涂料和板材组成的复合保温结构的性能及其在高温稠油热采注蒸气管道上的应用效果。从而研究出了适合稠油热采注蒸气管道的三层不等厚复合保温结构。并按优化设计结果 ,在辽河油田曙光采油厂热采注蒸气管道上推广应用了该复合保温结构 ,管道散热损失大大降低 ,从而保证了井口的蒸气干度 ,取得了巨大的增产效益。To solve the problems occurred in thermal insulating structure around steam pipe in mucilaginous oil exploitation,a lot of experiments indoor and outdoor were made The properties of thermal insulation compound-ceramic plaster,plane,and compound structure with plaster and plane were tested, and the effect that was used around steam pipe in densed oil exploitation was studied.The experiment results show that a kind of unequal-thickness-compound thermal insulation structure is available for these pipes. The ceramic compound-insulation-plaster was applied on the pipes directly.According the results of experiment and the optimizing design,this thermal insulation structure was used around high temperature pipes in Liaohe oil field by which the heat loss in the mentioned pipes was considerably decreased.
