摘  要:研究了OCS表面活性剂中试产品在弱碱Na2 CO3 及无碱条件下应用于不同油田原油的油 水界面张力特性。结果表明 :对于大庆采油四厂原油 ,当表活剂浓度为 0 1 %~ 0 3 % ,Na2 CO3 浓度为0 6%~ 1 2 %时 ,油 水界面张力可达到超低 (~ 1 0 -3 mN m数量级 ) ;对于大庆采油二厂原油 ,当表面活性剂浓度为 0 1 %~ 0 3 % ,Na2 CO3 浓度为 0 8%~ 1 4%时 ,油 水界面张力可达到超低 ;对于华北油田古一联原油 ,当表面活性剂浓度为 0 2 % ,Na2 CO3 浓度为 0 6%~ 1 2 %时 ,油 水界面张力可达到超低 ;对于胜利油田孤东采油厂原油 ,当表面活性剂浓度为 0 2 % ,Na2 CO3 浓度为 0 8%~ 1 4%时 ,油 水界面张力可达到超低。在无碱条件下 ,对于大港油田枣园 1 2 5 6断块原油 ,当OCS表面活性剂浓度达到 0 1 %时 ,油 水界面张力即可达到超低 ;对于江苏油田原油 ,当OCS表面活性剂浓度在 0 1 %以上时 ,油 水界面张力均可以达到 1 0 -2 mN m数量级。聚丙烯酰胺聚合物的加入对油Properties of Interfacial tensions between different crude oils and pilot OCS surfactant aqueous solution were studied with weak-base Na 2CO 3 and without alkali. The results showed that the interfacial tensions between Daqing No.4 crude oil and reservoir water could be reduced to ultra-low(10 -3 mN/m) in a concentration range of 0.1%~0.3% OCS surfactant and a concentration range of 0.6%~1.2% Na 2CO 3 and that the interfacial tensions between Daqing No.2 crude oil and reservoir water could be reduced to ultra-low(10 -3 mN/m) in a concentration range of 0.1%~0.3% OCS surfactant and a concentration range of 0.8%~1.4% Na\-2CO\-3. For Guyilian crude oil in Huabei Oilfield, the ultra-low interfacial tension between crude oil and OCS surfactant aqueous solution could be formed at a concentration of 0.2% OCS surfactant and in a concentration range of 0.6%~1.2% Na\-2CO\-3. For Gudong crude oil in Shengli Oilfield, the ultra-low interfacial tension between crude oil and OCS surfactant aqueous solution could be formed at a concentration of 0.2% OCS surfactant and in a concentration range of 0.8%~1.4% Na\-2CO\-3. Without alkali the interfacial tensions between crude oil and OCS surfactant aqueous soluton could be reduced to ultra-low(10 -3mN/m) for Block 1256 crude oil in Dagang Oilfield as the concentration of single OCS surfactant arrived to 0.1%. For the crude oil in Jiangsu Oilfield, the interfacial tension of 10 -2 mN/m between crude oil and OCS surfactant aqueous solution could be formed at the surfactant concentration over 0.1%. The addition of polymer HPAM facilitated the formation and stability of the ultra-low interfacial tension between crude oil and reservoir water.
