摘　　要：介绍了近年来华东电网500kV进口变压器现场验收试验中发生的7起异常情况。分析表明,其原因大多为制造质量问题。对此,提出了必须从设备招标采购、设计联络会、工厂监造与出厂试验、现场安装与验收试验等环节加强变压器的全过程管理和及时分析处理。The abnormal results of 7 partial discharge tests for acceptance occurred in recent years of 500 kV transformers imported by East China Electric Power Network were introduced. The analysis showed that the main reasons were concerned largely in manufacturing quality. Therefore the whole process management must be reinforced in such aspects as bidding and purchasing of equipments, holding design liaison meeting, factory manufacturing supervision and delivery test, field installation and acceptance test. Analysis and treatment must be also carried out timely at the same time.
