立筒预热器窑产质量达标的技术研究

摘　　要：根据立筒预热器窑的工艺及设备特点 ,通过实例 ,分析了立筒预热器窑系统影响熟料产量、质量达标的工艺及设备方面存在的主要问题和产生的原因 .针对工艺参数的设计、热工系统平衡的把握 ,提出了防止立筒堵塞、提高系统效率的技术措施 .生产实践证明 ,效果明显 ;结果表明 ,提出的技术措施对此类窑型的生产具有指导意义 .According to the characteristic of craft and equipments of the stand-tube-preheating kiln,the problem is analyzed and discussed and the result of the effect factors of quality and output of this kiln and the method of attaining designed standard applied to this kind of kiln are obtained.This paper discusses the process design parameter,balances heating energy,prevents block of tube and increases efficiency of system,does the way of these problems.Finallly,this paper proves that the efficient is clear,the result shows that the technique measure brought up by this paper has leading meaning.
