摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法,在C18柱上,以甲醇—乙酸乙酯(95/5,体积分数)为流动相,检测器波长为275 nm,测定了维生素A醋酸酯,维生素D3和维生素E醋酸酯的含量。该方法简便、快速,用于实际样品测定,获得满意的结果。A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the quantitative determination of a mixture fat - soluble vitamin A,D3 and E.The operation was carried out on a C18 column with the mobile phase of a mixture of methanol - acetic ether( 95 :5, volume proportion) The eluate was detected at 275 run wavelength. This method is simple , fast and can be used for the determination of salicylic acid in waste water with satisfactory result.
