摘 要:研究了高反式聚异戊二烯 ( TP I)单链或寡链粒子的微观形貌。采用喷雾法、漏斗富集法、生物展开三种方法从质量分数为 0 .0 1 %~ 0 .0 0 0 1 %反式聚异戊二烯 /甲苯极稀溶液中制备出聚异戊二烯单链或寡链粒子 ,通过透射电镜观察其微观形貌。发现随结晶时间、退火温度的不同 ,非晶粒子形貌呈现多种形态。观察到 TPI非晶粒子外形主要有两种 :近圆形及多边形。有的非晶粒子能观察到内部有网状细节及奇特的非晶线状体形貌。Trans-1,4-polyisoprene was dissolved in toluene to make very dilute solution with mass fraction of 0.01 %~0.0001 %.Single-chain and pauci-chain particles of Trans-1,4-polyisoprene were prepared by three methods:spraying atomization, funnel congregation and biological expansion. The morphologies of the particles were observed by TEM and it was found that the amorphous particles prepared with different periods of time and different constant temperatures appeared in several morphologies.
