摘  要:研究了在钼中添加稀土氧化物对几种钼丝的组织及性能的影响。结果表明,添加适量稀土能够获得细小均匀的还原钼粉,烧结后的钼坯条的晶粒细小均匀,掺杂提高了钼丝材的室温强度和再结晶温度,这种稀土钼丝材经1700℃高温退火后具有良好的延伸率,有利于热阴极用的定型加工。The effects of doping the oxide of rare earth with a small amount into Mo on the microstructure and properties of Mo wires have been studied.The results showed that the reduced Mo powder and the grains of sintered Mo blanks were obviously fined;The doped rare earth can improve the strength at room temperature and the temperature of recrystallization of Mo wires;The rare earth-doped Mo wires present higher elongation after being annealed at high temperature,this is very helpful to the formation of thermionic cathode wire.
