摘　　要：介绍了维劳夫特纤维 (Viloft)用于服装面料的基本特性和纺纱时的工艺特点 ,重点指出了该纤维和涤纶纤维混纺时应打破传统的并条混棉工艺 ,采用圆盘混棉、必不可少的多仓混棉工序以及三道以上的并条混和 ,才能使成纱质量得以提高。列出了并条混棉和圆盘混棉两种工艺路线的对比试验结果 ,分析了维劳夫特纤维纱毛羽的产生原因及解决办法 ,重点介绍了正面为涤棉纱、反面为维劳夫特和涤纶中空纤维混纺纱的经二重组织织物特殊织造工艺以及印染时应注意的事项。The basic characteristics and spinning features of Viloft fiber fabrics are introduced. Some key points of spinning Viloft and polyester blended yarn is put forward, such as disk mixing instead of conventional drawing mixing, essential multi bin mixing processing, drawing mixing three times, so as to improve yarn quality. The test results comparing two processing route between drawing mixing and disk mixing are listed, and cause reason of hairiness of Viloft fiber yarn and solve methods is analyzed, special weaving processing and some key points in dyeing processing of warp backed fabrics is introduced emphasisly, the face is polyester and cotton blended yarn, the back face is Viloft and hollow polyester fiber.
