心理护理干预对帕金森病患者焦虑状态的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨帕金森患者焦虑状态干预中,行心理护理干预的效果。方法选取我院于2013年6月~2016年6月期间所收治的帕金森合并焦虑状态患者80例,将其按照随机数字表法的形式平均分成实验组和参照组,每组患者各为40例,其中两组患者均行基础性的护理以及相应治疗,在此基础上,实验组患者加行心理护理干预模式,对两组患者的焦虑状态评分进行对比,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表进行评分。结果经过治疗后,实验组患者的焦虑干预评分显著优于参照组,数据对比呈现为P<0.05的差异性。结论将心理护理干预模式应用于帕金森合并焦虑状态患者中,其效果显著,且能够对帕金森病患者的焦虑状态进行减少,这对于临床研究具有重要作用。Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention in anxiety state intervention in Parkinsonian patients.Methods Eighty patients with Parkinson's state of anxiety were enrolled in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016, and were divided into experimental and reference groups according to the form of random number table. Each group was 40 cases, the two groups of patients were based on basic care and the corresponding treatment, on this basis, the experimental group of patients with psychological care intervention model, the two groups of patients with anxiety status scores were compared using the Hamilton anxiety scale score The.Results After treatment, the anxiety intervention score of the experimental group was signifi cantly better than that of the reference group, and the data showed a difference of P<0.05. Conclusion The psychological nursing intervention model is applied to Parkinson 's patients with anxiety state, and the effect is signifi cant, and the anxiety state of patients with Parkinson' s disease can be reduced, which plays an important role in clinical research.
