直肠癌Miles手术患者护理中全程优质护理的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的比较常规护理与全程优质护理队接受miles手术的直肠癌患者病情恢复产生的护理效果,阐明两者临床应用价值。方法选取我院入院的直肠癌患者88例,44例为对照组,44例为观察组随机分配。所有患者接受miles手术,对照组护理方法为常规护理,观察组患者采取全程优质护理措施干预。针对并发症发生情况、住院时间及费用等、护理满意度情况三方年、面,对两组进行对比分析。结果在护理满意度方面,观察组(93.18%)明显高于对照组(79.55%);在并发症发生几率方面,观察组(9.09%)显著小于对照组(20.45%);观察组患者的导管留置时间、住院时间及费用均显著少于对照组;两组数据统计学比较有意义。结论与常规护理方案相比实施全程优质护理效果十分显著,能够显著降低并发症的发生几率,促进患者病情的发展,减少对患者器官的损害,能够有效提高患者的满意程度,缩短住院时间,减轻患者的经济负担;临床应用价值高,值得广泛推行。Objective To compare the effect of nursing care of patients with rectal cancer who underwent Miles surgery with conventional nursing care and full quality care team. Methods 88 patients with rectal cancer who were admitted to our hospital were selected as the control group, and the other 44 cases were randomly assigned to the observation group(n = 44). All patients underwent Miles operation, the control group was given routine nursing care, and the observation group was treated with high quality nursing intervention. In view of the complications, hospitalization time and cost, nursing satisfaction of three years, the face of the two groups were compared. Results In the nursing satisfaction, the observation group(93.18%) was significantly higher than the control group(79.55%); the incidence of complications, the observation group(9.09%) was significantly lower than that of control group(20.45%); the observation group of patients with indwelling catheter time, hospitalization time and cost were significantly less than the control group; the two group data were compared meaning. Conclusion Compared with conventional care throughout the implementation of high quality nursing effect is very significant, can significantly reduce the incidence of complications, promote the development of the patients, reduce patient organ damage, can effectively improve the patient's satisfaction, shorten hospitalization time, reduce the economic burden of patients; high clinical value, worthy of extensive implementation.
