现代远程开放教育资源建设面对的问题与选择

摘　　要：本文从现代远程开放教育资源建设的重要性出发,分析了目前教学资源建设工作中存在的薄弱环节和制约因素,提出了以加强多媒体教学资源建设师资培训,推进资源建设工作进程:以强化政策激励、目标引导、活动促进等措施,调动教师资源建设的积极性:以重视课程的多种媒体教材一体化设计,优化资源结构:以建立充实而完善的课程教学资源和教育资源库,实现资源共享的工作思路,并指出要按照以“学生为中心”的指导思想,把握好三个原则,加快建成一批适应学生自主学习和个别化学习需要的多种媒体教学资源库。This paper,starting from the importance of materials development in modern open and distance education,makes an analysis of the weaknesses and barriers existing in the construction of teaching materials and comes up with the following suggestions for the work as 1)strengthening the training of the staff for the development of multi-media teaching materials so as to boost course production;2)strengthening the constitution and implementation of policies to encourage the staff to take active part in the production of teaching materials;3)paying special attention to the integrated design of multi-media teaching materials of a course to optimize the frame of recourses,and,at the same time,points out that more efforts should be made to speed up the construction of a certain amount of user-friendly multi-media teaching materials suitable for independent learning in the guidance of the learner-centered conception and based on the three principles.
