摘  要:研究了AKD在竹浆中的施胶特牲。当AKD用量小于0.1%时,随AKD用量的增加抄片Cobb值迅速下降,但之后Cobb值的下降比较缓慢。PAE能提高施胶效果,但在AKD用量较大时,PAE对施胶的促进作用则不明显;添加0.5%的硫酸铝能在一定程度上提高AKD在竹浆中的施胶效果,但当硫酸铝用量大于1.0%时,施胶效果明显变差。The sizing performance of alkyl ketene dimmer (AKD) in bamboo pulp was studied in this paper. The results showed that the Cobb values of handsheets decreased sharply with the addition of AKD at the first stage, then leveled off after the thresholds of 0.1% AKD addition. The suitable usage of cationic starch (CS) and polyacrylamide was respectively 0.5%~1.0% and 100~200ppm. Polyamideamine-epichlorohydrin (PAE) could enhance the sizing effect only when the dosage of AKD was low. Furthermore, PAE should be added following AKD. The sizing effect could be improved to some extent when 0.5% alum was used, and suitable addition point of alum should be a-head of AKD.
