摘  要:以低卡伯值硫酸盐麦草浆为原料,经过酸预处理、螫合预处理后,浆料进行H2O2强化臭氧漂白工艺比较。研究结果表明:在臭氧漂白段(Z)中添加0.5%~1.5%的H2O2,会有效降低浆料的卡伯值,A、Q预处理后浆料的卡伯值降低率接近60%,粘度保持在800mL/g以上。4种不同漂序ZpP、ZpY、ZpEPY、ZpEYP结果比较,在较为合适的H2O2添加量的情况下,ZpP二段漂白的浆料白度已经超过83%SBD,ZpEPY和ZpEYP的漂白程序均能满足高白度的需求,浆料白度超过88%SBD。The kraft low-kappa number wheat straw pulp was bleached by ozone with the addition of H2O2 after acid pretreatment and chelating pretreatment. The results of various technologies indicated: adding 0.5~ 1.5% H2O2 in the ozone bleaching can reduce the kappa number efficiently. After A, Q pretreatments, pulp's kappa number decreased about 60% while viscosity kept 800 mL/g. The results of four different bleaching sequences ZpP, ZpY, ZpEPY and ZpEYP indicated that when optimum amount of H2O2 was used in ozone bleaching , the brightness of wheat straw pulp exceed 83%SBD by ZpP bleaching sequence. Even higher brightness exceeding 88%SBD could be achieved by bleaching process of ZpEPY and ZpEYP.
