高档卷烟纸用沉淀碳酸钙的应用实验

摘　　要：在传统轻质碳酸钙生产的基础上,制备了高档卷烟纸专用沉淀碳酸钙。经抄纸实验证明,该碳 酸钙产品对于提高纸张白度、不透明度、留着率有比较满意的效果,其理化指标与粒度分布符合高档 卷烟纸填料的要求。Calcium carbonate especially for high-quality cigarette paper was manufactured by precipitation process. Papermaking trial of the precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) in laboratory proved that this kind of product used as the filler in high-quality cigarette paper can improve the porosity, brightness of the paper and filler retention. The results of PCC in terms of chemical/ physical properties and particle size distribution reveal that this is a kind of good quality special calcium carbonate for high-quality cigarette paper.
