摘 要:研究了硬脂酸铈( )(CeSt4)及其与几种添加剂的配合使用对LDPE膜的光降解行为。与传统的光降解剂二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸铁(Fe(DEC)3)对比,在无其它添加剂时,含0.3%CeSt4的LDPE膜,引发光降解速度更快。在添加剂的作用下,硬脂酸铈( )的光降解能力进一步增强,诱导期缩短,表现出优异的引发光降解的能力。用分子量、FT-IR、UV-Vis、SEM、力学性能等表征了降解过程及特点。A newly synthesized photodegradant, ceric stearate (CeSt4), can induce LDPE degradation effectively, compared with popular photodegradant Fe(DEC)3, owing to the existance of a long hydrocarbon chain and easy dispersal into LDPE resin. The degradation of LDPE film induced by CeSt4 was verified by the following facts : lowering of molecular weight, more carboxyl groups generated, worse mechanical properties, and small pits and cracks appeared on the surface. Several additives were found to be able to further improve photodegradant dispersal in LDPE film, thus improve the rate of degradation significantly. By the help of the additives, the results show that CeSt4 has higher degradation ability with a shorter induction period.
