摘  要:在无水AlCl3和NMP存在下,通过对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)、二苯醚(DPE)和4,4′-双(α-萘氧基)二苯酮(DNBP)在1,2-二氯乙烷中的低温溶液共缩聚反应,合成了一系列聚醚酮酮/含萘环聚醚酮醚酮酮无规共聚物,并用IR、DSC、TGA和WAXD等方法对其结构和性能进行了表征和测试。研究结果表明,随着共聚物中DNBP含量的增加,其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)逐渐升高,而熔融温度(Tm)则逐渐降低。当共聚物中DNBP含量为10mol%~30mol%时,共聚物与PEKK相似为半结晶型聚合物,具有优异的耐热性能和抗溶剂耐化学腐蚀性能。A series of polyether ketone ketone (PEKK)/polyether ketone ether ketone ketone (PEKEKK) containing naphthalene group random copolymers were synthesized by low temperature solution polycondensation of diphenyl ether(DPE), 4,4′bis(αnaphthoxy) benzophenone (DNBP) and terephthaloyl chloride (TPC) in 1,2dichloroethane and in the presence of AlCl3 and NMP. The general properties of the copolymers were investigated by IR, DSC, TGA and wide angle Xray diffraction. With the increase of DNBP content, the Tg increases, the Tm and the ηinh decreases. When DNBP content is above 30 mol%, the copolymers are noncrystalline. The copolymers containing 10 mol%~30 mol% DNBP are crystalline polymers similar to PEKK and the Tg of the copolymer is higher than that of pure PEKK. The crystalline copolymers have excellent heatresistant and solvents and chemical corrosionresistant properties.
