摘 要:采用悬浮法合成了含氯量为1.0%~16.3%的氯化聚偏氟乙烯并考察了其性能。聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)经氯化改性后,其结晶性与粘度下降,而溶解度和附着力增加。从而克服了PVDF不溶于普通溶剂、对基材的附着力差且需高温烘烤等缺点,扩大了PVDF在涂料领域的应用范围。The chlorinated PVDF with 1.0%~16.3% chlorine was synthesed in suspension state and its properties were studied in the text. After PVDF was modified by chlorine, the crystal content and viscosity decreased with the increasing of the content of chlorine, however, the solubility, transparency and adherence to the base materials increased with the increasing of the content of chlorine. As a result of all these achievements, the problems such as insolubility in the common solvents, low adherence to the base materials and high baking temperature will be solved and the application of PVDF in the coating field will also be largely broadened.
