摘  要:首次研究了多分散性乙丙嵌段共聚物(EP)对PP的增韧作用,发现有非常好的增韧效果。添加15%的EP,PP的冲击强度即可达到298J/m。用光学显微镜、SEM、DSC和IR对IPP/PEP共混体系进行了表征和研究,结果发现,由于EP本身特殊的组成及链结构,使其与PP基体具有良好的相容性,分散相在基体中的粒径约为0.2μm~0.4μm之间;同时还发现EP对PP球晶有插入、分割和细化作用。In this work, polydispersity ethylenepropylene block copolymer(EP) in toughening modification PP was first studied. It showed a ideal toughening effect. The impact strength of PP was up to 298 J/m by adding 15% of EP. The blending system of IPP/PEP was characterizated and studied by optical microscopy, scanning electron mocroscopy(SEM), differentical scanning calorimetry(DSC) and IR. The results show that EP and PP matrix has the excellent computibility and the particle sizes of dispersion phase in PP matix are 0.2 μm~0.4 μm, because of the special component and chain structure of EP itself. It is also found that EP has inseting, separating and minuting effect on PP spherulite.
