摘 要:将聚乙烯醇磷酸化,形成的部分磷酸化的聚乙烯醇(PPVA)是带有侧链磷酸基的聚负离子,与光敏性聚正离子-重氮树脂(DR)可形成自组装超薄膜。此类感光性超薄膜光照后,由于重氮基的分解,组装膜内部层增层发生由离子键转变为共价键交联,膜的稳定性大大提高。用原子力显微镜观察了自织装膜的表面形貌。Phosphorylated poly(vinyl alcohol)(PPVA) was obtained from phosphorylation of poly(vinyl alcohol). A photosensitive ultrathin film with diazoresin(DR) as polycation and PPVA as polyanion was fabricated using self assembly technique. The formation of the multilayer was monitored by determining the UVVis absorbance of DR. The surface morphology of the multilayer film was observed by atomic force microscopy(AFM). Under UV irradiation, a linkage conversion from ionic to convalent bond takes place, as a result, the stability of the film towards etching from polar solvents increases obviously. This method may provide a promising way for the fabrication of the stable films used in biosensors.
