重氮树脂-磷酸化聚乙烯醇感光性自组装超薄膜

摘  要:将聚乙烯醇磷酸化,形成的部分磷酸化的聚乙烯醇(PPVA)是带有侧链磷酸基的聚负离子,与光敏性聚正离子-重氮树脂(DR)可形成自组装超薄膜。此类感光性超薄膜光照后,由于重氮基的分解,组装膜内部层增层发生由离子键转变为共价键交联,膜的稳定性大大提高。用原子力显微镜观察了自织装膜的表面形貌。Phosphorylated poly(vinyl alcohol)(PPVA) was obtained from phosphorylation of poly(vinyl alcohol). A photosensitive ultrathin film with diazoresin(DR) as polycation and PPVA as polyanion was fabricated using self assembly technique. The formation of the multilayer was monitored by determining the UVVis absorbance of DR. The surface morphology of the multilayer film was observed by atomic force microscopy(AFM). Under UV irradiation, a linkage conversion from ionic to convalent bond takes place, as a result, the stability of the film towards etching from polar solvents increases obviously. This method may provide a promising way for the fabrication of the stable films used in biosensors.
