摘 要:对高抗硫硅酸盐水泥配制的不同水灰比的胶砂试件进行硫酸盐长期侵蚀试验,研究了长期浸泡下胶砂试件抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力。结果表明:短期(28d)的浸泡不能真实反映出高抗硫水泥抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力,在不同浓度的溶液中浸泡28d时,硫酸盐侵蚀不但对试件没有影响,反而有助于提高试件的强度;高抗硫水泥长期抵抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力具有一定的局限性,且受侵蚀溶液浓度的影响,若环境水中硫酸根离子浓度≥4 000mg/L时,直接采用高抗硫水泥混凝土就有遭受侵蚀破坏的危险;水灰比对高抗硫水泥抗侵蚀能力有一定影响,在硫酸根离子浓度≤10 000mg/L的侵蚀溶液中,降低混凝土的水灰比(≤0.35),可增强试件的抗侵蚀能力。Through the long-term corrosion test, the anti-corrosion ability of high sulfate resistant Portland cement mortars with different W/C ratio were studied. The results showed that the short time immersion could not really reflect the ability of sulfate resistance of high sulfate resistant Portland cement. During the 28 d immersion period, the sulfate attack had no effect on mortars, but also helpful to increase the strength of mortars. The ability of long-term sulfate resistance of high sulfate resistant Portland cement had its limitation, and concentration of sulfate corrosion solution would affect the anti-corrosion ability. The high sulfate resistant Portland cement concrete would be destroyed when the concentration of sulfate ion in environmental water was above 4 000mg/L. The W/C ratio would also affect the anti-corrosion ability of high sulfate resistant Portland cement, and the anti-corrosion ability would increase by decreasing the W/C ratio(≤0.35)when the concentration of sulfate ion in corrosion solution was lower than 10 000mg/L.
