摘　　要：介绍了Nicholas Georgescu Reogen等人开创的新经典经济学和生态经济学。详细讨论了作为其核心假设的热力学第一定律和第二定律所暗含的对经济过程的重要约束,从而对理解其新经济学理论体系,对研究技术与经济结合的新路有益处。研究中也发现了其中某些理论模糊之处,特别是过分强调物质,但未分清物与能的区别,从而带来一些模糊概念,以至于错误,如所谓热力学第四定律。文中——给予指出,并提出了修正意见。The New-classic Economics and Ecological Economics initialed by Nicholas Georgescu-Reogen et al are introduced. Have the significant implications of the 1st and 2d laws of thermodynamics for economic process discussed in details, for those are the core assumption of the neoeconomic theories. All of those studies are for a purpose of searching another approach to the combination of technology with economics other than Thermochemics. During such studies, some of the vagueness as well as the mistakes in the theories are found out and the opinions for correcting them are also put forward.
