摘　　要：建立了用硫氰酸铁胺 氯仿两相体系分光光度法测定游离聚乙二醇含量的方法。确定了最大吸收波长,考察了混合振荡时间、其他生物大分子存在对测定结果的影响,并与三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS法)进行了比较。A simple spectrophotometric procedure was established for determination of polyethylene glycol using ammonium ferrothiocyanatechloroform twophase system. The maximum absorbance wavelength was found. The effects of mixingshaking duration time and the coexisting biomolecules on the determination accuracy were investigated.
