烤烟种子活力的测定

摘　　要：为了提高烤烟的播种质量,对同一年份、同一田块、同时收获、不同批次脱粒的云烟85烤烟种子的发芽势、发芽率、幼苗长度和电导率等活力指标进行了测定。结果表明:不同批次脱粒的种子间活力差异显著。首批脱粒的烟草种子(A1)各项活力指标最强,使用价值最高;第二批脱粒的种子(A2)表现次之,第三批脱粒的种子(A3)表现最差,无使用价值。For improving the sowing quality of fluecured tobacco seed, the germinating viability, germination percentage, length of seedling and conductivity of different threshing batches of Yunyan 85 seed collected from same crop year, same field and same harvesting time were tested. The results showed that the seed vigour was significantly different. The seed of the first batch (A1) were the most valuable, the seed of the second (A2) were better, and the seed of the third (A3) were useless.
