摘  要:磁流变液体 (MRF)是最有发展前途的智能材料之一 ,它可以看成电流变液体 (ERF)的磁模拟。MRF和ERF都具有磁流变性质 ,可以一瞬间改变其流变性质 ,并且这个变化是可逆的 ,不需要温度变化。因此MRF和ERF都具有良好的可控性和电控机械能力 ,并且在某些重要的实际性能上MRF要强于ERF。研制了气 MR阻尼缸 ,对气缸的行程和速度实现了任意连续无级控制和精确调节 ,便于实现自动化 ,提高运动的平稳性和精度。介绍了磁流变 (Magnetorheology ,MR)液体的流变性质、数学模型、工作特点、应用前景 ,以及自行设计的气The magneto rheologic fluid(MRF) are one of the intelligence materials, with best foreground. MRF can be regarded as magnetic analogy of ER fluids. They possess the rheologic property. The rheologic property can change nature very quickly and the transition is reversible and does not require any temperature change. Therefore, there are good controllable property and the capability of controllable mechanism with the electricity, and MRF are much stronger than ERF in same important natures. The pneumatic MRF damping cylinder was made. Displacement and the velocity of pneumatic cylinder can be optionally continuously controlled and regulated precisely, so as to realize the automation the stability of speed and the positional exactness are enhanced. The rheologic properties, mathematical model, work characteristics, application foreground of magneto rheologic fluid, and working theory and characters of pneumatic MRF damping cylinder designed by us were introduced.
