摘 要:对合成氮化铁磁流体专用表面活性剂进行了探索性研究 ,以四乙烯五胺和油酸为原料 ,采用溶剂法合成了酰胺系列的多条件表面活性剂。将其应用于等离子体法制备氮化铁磁流体的工艺中 ,部分获得了磁饱和强度较高、化学稳定性较好的氮化铁磁流体 ,从而确定出较佳的表面活性剂的合成工艺参数。以四乙烯五胺和油酸为原料制备酰胺表面活性剂时 。The special designed surface active agent for the synthesis of nitride magnetic fluid was investigated with diethylenetriamine and oleic as raw materials. Many kinds of surface active agents in amide series were composed using solvent method. Applying these surface activators in the process of nitride iron preparation, the nitride magnetic fluid was obtained with higher saturated magnetic intensity and better chemical stability, and optimized process variables were determined for the synthesis of surface active agents. Among the process parameters, the mixture ration between diethylenetriamine and oleic and the temperature plays an important role for the property of surface active agents.
