摘　　要：基于Matlab的图形图像处理功能 ,以温度场可视化处理和定量金相分析为例 ,介绍了如何采用该软件高效、方便地实现铸件充型、凝固过程模拟分析后期图形可视化处理和定量金相分析功能 ,其中定量金相分析结果和商业化软件分析结果进行了比较 。Based on powerful graph and image Function of Matlab, this paper cited two instances, one is visual for temperature field, the other is quantitative metallographical analysis, in illustration how to realization post visual for molding process or solidification process and quantitative metallographical analysis with great efficiency and expediently. One example was analyzed by a commercial metallographical analysis soft and our soft, results shown our soft is satisfying.
