摘　　要：介绍一种小棒径铸铁型材牵引控制系统 ,系统采用直流调速器、PLC和触摸屏技术 ,使控制系统能够实现正向拉拔、反向推入及快速制动等拉坯工艺 ,成功地拉出 3 0mm以下的铸铁型材 。Author introduces an intelligence control system for manufacturing small diameter cast iron bar. In this system the DC governor, PLC and touch screen technology, which make the system implement forward drawing, backward boost and fast breaking and so on, was adapted. The system has successfully manufacture cast iron bar, which is less than 30 mm diameter.
