摘 要:详细介绍了振动喷流造粒技术的原理、特点及其在粒状烧碱生产中的应用。实验表明:在流速为1.91m/s,外加振动频率为250、300、350Hz时,射流断裂产生了均匀液滴;在流速分别为1.91、2.30、2.87m/s,外加振动频率分别为300、650、700Hz时,射流断裂产生了均匀液滴,且液滴间距相同。天津大沽化工厂3kt/a烧碱造粒工业实验表明:利用振动喷流造粒技术得到的产品粒度均匀,主筛分段1.0~2.5mm间颗粒占95%以上。Principles and characteristics of prilling technique by vibration spraying are introduced in detail,as well as the application in caustic soda production.The experiments show that the uniform liquid drops are formed by jet breaking when the flow velocity is 1.91 m/s and the applied vibration frequencies are 250,300,350 Hz separately;and the uniform liquid drops are formed by jet breaking when the flow velocities are 1.91,2.30,2.87 m/s and the applied vibration frequencies are 300,650,700 Hz separately,and the distances of the liquid drops are the same.The industrial experiment on 3 kt/a caustic soda prilling at Tianjin Dagu Chemical Industry Plant shows that the product obtained with the prilling technique by vibration spraying has uniform granularity and the total particle amount at 1.0~2.5 mm of main screening sections is over 95%.
