声发射技术在压力容器检测中的应用

摘　　要：压力容器在制造、定期维修和长期使用过程中都需要进行检测和监测,以防止恶性事故发生,避免人身重大伤亡和设备财产重大损失。本文主要介绍了无损检测技术中的声发射技术在对设备实行故障诊断和状态监测中的应用。Pressure vessels should be tested and monitored in the course of manufacture,regular mainte-nance and long-date use so as to avoid some malignant accidents,such as great injuries and deaths of the living body and the heavy lose of equipment and property.This paper mainly intro-duces the acoustic emission technology in the nondestructive testing technology and its applications in diagnosing the breakdown and testing the conditions of the equipments.
